ZL26 Fiber Filter Rod Making Combination is the advanced level and high speed filter rod making equipment at home. With the acetate fiber as the original material, it is a kind of equipment integrated with fluffering, gumming (sprinkling the plasticizer) and filter rod forming which makes the filter rods used for the cigarette making. ZL26 Fiber Filter Rod Making Combination consists of YL16 Fiber Fluffering and Gumming Unit and YL26 Fiber Filter Rod Maker. It has a number of advantages with the high speed of production, good quality of the products, convenient use and maintenance, advanced structure, low waste of the raw material and so on. After this filter rod making combination is linked up with the storing and curing installation, the filter rod projecting and receiving unit, it will form an automatic production line to realize the flexible linking with the filter rod making, storing and curing, projecting and receiving and the cigarette making and plug assembling system.
Main Characteristics of the Structure
(1) The Hooke¡¯s knife head with double knives is adopted in the main drive system. the circulation oil adopts the water cooling system to lower the oil temperature and reduce the wear & tear. To make sure that the making combination be continuously running in high speed for a long time.
(2)The dual brushing roller sprinkling and the servo control of the glyceride supply system are used. It can reduce producing the defective products when the making combination is at the starting stage. The servo motor drives the gumming system separately. There is the linear relation between the amount of the gum supply and the speed of the machine. The amount of the gum supply is automatically adjusted. Its gum supply is more accurate. It does not easily come about the phenomenon of too much gum supply when in low speed and not enough gum supply when in high speed.
(3)The individually equipped dual circulated water system can effectively cool areas of the sealer, the compression box of the garniture, oil circulation system, the cooling motor and so on respectively. It improves the effect of the filter rod formation and reduces the lift of temperature of the whole combination.
(4) High pressure air system uses the latest valve terminal technology, the field bus communication technology to make this system work more stable and reliable.
(5) SIEMENS S7-300 PLC control system is adopted in the electrical control system. The communication between systems is set up by the PROFIBUS-DP bus. The spreader and the filter plug maker are equipped with the color picture man-machine interface and preset various interfaces for the filter rod auto sampling, the filter comprehensive quality test (inspection online ), and the factory information network message exchange (industrial EtherNet), etc. According to the structural principle and the process flow of the high speed fiber filter rod maker, we divide the electrical control system core functions into several functional modules as follows:
------The logic control for the protective safety of the whole combination and the executive course of the production process;
------The distributive transmission (multi-axis joint motion) of the AC servo motor and its control;
------The temperature control, the pressure control and the flow control of the whole combination;
------The control system of the filter rod diameter;
------The filter rod sampling and the rejection of the bad and defective products.
(6)Synchronous drive of the AC servo
During our design of ZL26 Fiber Filter Rod Making Combination, we adopt the multi-axis AMK synchronous servo drive system to make the mechanical structure be simplified and the parameters be adjusted online. The auto control function of the equipment gets improved to make the combination get controlled and adjusted much more flexible and better to meet the requirement of fluffering, gumming and forming of the filter rods. The high precision of the synchronous control can guarantee the high quality of the filter rod to be produced.
