through absorbing and digesting the technology imported from
Molins Company, England by CNTC. This combination's production
speed is up to 8000cig./min after being improved by Xuchang
Tobacco Machinery Co.,Ltd and has the following advantages:
l. High speed. Its production speed is 7000 cig/min~8000 cig/min.
2. The quality of the produced cigarettes is good.The tobacco
breakage rate and the stem content are low. The weight is
automatically controlled. The dense end position is automatically
calibrated. The devices of the perfect tobacco supply, the
tobacco sucking and the rod formation, the cut, the separation
and the tip turning, the automatic inspection and the automatic
rejection. etc can be guaranteed.
3.High automation--Automatic tobacco supply, Automatic paper
supply automatic gum supply and automatic knife advance etc.
Faults automatic inspection and automatic display. The defective
cigarettes are automatically rejected. Automatic Lubrication.
4.Programmble logic controller (PLC) is used in the electrical
control system.
5. Module configuration design--The time of the installation
and test is short. it is easy for operation and maintenance.
6.Good safety and low noise--All the tight guards which are
equipped with safety interlock switches ensure that it is
safe for the operator to operate; and the noise eliminated
