ZJ15A Cigarette Making and Plug Assembling Combination is a new type of the high speed cigarette making and plug assembling combination which has been authenticated by (China) state tobacco monopoly (STMA ) after the important technical improvement. Especially in 2007, it is successfully developed and improved to produce the Kretek for Indonesian customers at the stable speed of 5300cig/min. This combination has the following advantages:
1.High Production Speed: Its rating production speed is 6,500 cig./min.
2.Good Quality Cigarettes: The quality of the cigarettes produced by the modified combination has been greatly improved, obviously better than the original combination.
3.The drive part is adopted the world advanced servo system of the AC motor (The electronic gears),this strengthens the stability and reliability of the combination and prolongs the working lifetime. The endurance has been improved and reduces the consumption of the spare parts.
4.The brand-new electrical control system: The man-machine interface of the computer touch screen operation is used to make it much more convenient and intuitional for setting the electrical parameters. |
