In order to meet the demand of the small-sized and medium-sized factory, our company produces the Upgraded MK9/MAX-S/HCF80 combination, which can be customized to customers' exact requirements. It adopts Servo drive, SIEMENS PLC, industrial bus, touch screen, and valve terminal. It includes original Upgraded MK9 CIGARETTE MAKER, MAX-S PLUG ASSEMBLER and HCF80 TRAY FILLER. The new names are separately YJ114, YJ214, YJ35D.

•  Speed: Its rated speed has reached 5,000cig/min.

•  Improved cutting system: The two-knife and single-cutting system is adopted instead of the single-knife single-cutting system; thereby the noisy is lower. The cut quality of the cigarette is much better.

•  Improved hopper system: The hopper system adopts AC servo motor to directly drive the tobacco cutting system, and it cancels the variable speed unit and adopts frequency converter motor; the timing belts are used instead of the gears, the tobacco-feeding evenness is improved greatly.

•  Improved pneumatic system: The improved system utilizes centralized and integrated electromagnetic valve terminal. Internationally famous brand of pneumatic components (FESTO) are adopted, overcoming the original limitation and improving its stability and reliability.
