YL43 Multi Filter Plug Tube Combining Machine is a kind of multi filter plug tube combining equipment which can make the multi filter plug tube rods with different length of 12:8(or 10:10). The production speed is 200m/min. This equipment is mainly used in the enterprises to make the filter rods for the cigarette making. The multi filter plug tube rods produced can effectively reduce the tar content of the cigarettes, so it decreases the cigarette harm to human.
I. The Characteristics of the Main Structures
(1) Supply System: used for supplying and cutting of the original filter rods and transferring of the filter plug sections. Mainly includes the hopper tray; the cutting drum; the knife; the chain conveying device; the dial turning device; the suction belt conveyor and the driving system of the supply device, etc. Powered by the AC servo motor and adjusted more conveniently and reliably.
(2) Gap Eliminating Mechanism: includes the collating roller and the timing belt aligning device. Powered by the AC servo motor and adjusted more conveniently and reliably. The result of gap eliminating is much better.
(3) Gum Supply: uses three of the single nozzle gumming units with more evenly and reliably gumming.
(4) Cutting System: uses the Hooke¡¯s knife head; Single cut with double knives.
(5) Drive System: The whole system is powered by nine AC servo motors and five common motors. It greatly simplifies the mechanical transmission structure and increases the transmission precision and more convenient for the operation and maintenance.
(6) Air System: uses the latest valve terminal technology and the field bus communication technology. The pneumatic control is more stable and reliable.
(7) Lubrication System: uses the mode of the centralized lubrication. The structure is simple and better result of lubrication.
(8) Electrical Section: uses the S7-300PLC programs, the touch screen display, the bus and the servo application and the knife phase detection, etc.
