YF12-YJ35A-YBl7 Cigarette Storing and Transferring Device,
which is manufactured after the improvement according to the
COMFLEX technology imported from Hauni company, Germany, is
a flexible linking equipment for the Cigarette Making &
Plug Assembling Combination and the Packing Machine and consists
of YF12 Transporting Unit,YJ35A Tray Filler and YBl7 Tray
Unloader. This equipment is installed between the cigarette
making and plug assembling combination and the packing machine
and used for directly transporting the cigarettes produced
by the cigarette making and plug assembling combination to
the packing machine for being packed. In the event of a production
imbalance of the system, the tray filler and the tray unloader
will perform the automatic diversion and compensation. This
equipment has the following advantages:
l. The good performance and structural design of each single
machine can guarantee the good quality of the cigarette transportation.
2. During the cigarette transportation, whenever the cigarette
making and plug assembIing combination or the packing machine
is stopped in production, it can guarantee that one part of
the system is normally running through tray filling and tray
unloading;

can be suitable for all kinds of the cigarette making and
plug assembling combinations and the packing machines.
