|
The cigarette storing and transferring device consists
of a YF11mass flow conveyor, A YB16 tray unloader and a YJ33
tray filler. It is connected between a cigarette maker and
a packer ,It is used for transferring the cigarettes from
the cigarette making combination.Directly to the packer for
packing and when the system comes imbalance, The tray filler
and the tray unloader can carry out the cigarettes transportation
and compensation. It has the following features:
1.This device has unlimited capacity;
2.It has the performance of speed adjustment. The tray changeover
between the tray load station and tray unload station is complete
automation;
3.It has a flexibility of the placement;
4.The over-head conveyor saves space.
5.The faults are automatically inspected and automatically
displayed.
6.The microprocessors are used in the electrical control system. |
